- If in case you wish to pre-pone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.

We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail). However, after the first-time additional charges will be levied

Within 15 to7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 25% of the total package cost.

We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.

Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
- 20% of the total package cost + bank charges will be deducted if you have cancel your tour 45 days prior or you can take credit note for 6 months. (within one year you have to complete your journey, if there any changes in price you have to pay the difference)

There shall be no any kind of refund if you cancel your tour partially.

If there is any lockdown due to Covid-19 then there will be credit note for 6 months will be given to the customers.

Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e., 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
